The Margaret Dennis Cottage is a seaside property divided into two flats, sleeping six in each flat. It is situated on the hill above Mountjoy Parade, on the way to the pier. Surrounded by native bush, it is a wonderful retreat, with views over Louttit Bay from the verandah. Left to the church to be used by missionaries and clergy, it is also available to Uniting Church members.
